| We encourage people at all levels to set goals to ensure a common focus amongst the team. |
| Our focus is on breaking down the “big picture” by creating a number of small, dynamic, short-term projects all of which pass the SMART goal test (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-based) and which address those issues of highest visibility. |
| After passing the SMART test it’s important that these projects achieve the following: |
- Get things done
- Provide a strong focus
- Give participants a sense of achievement
- Deliver the highest benefit per dollar to the client
- Bring out the best in people AND the best people
- Promote the best use of ALL of a person's talents
