Goal Setting
We encourage people at all levels to set goals to ensure a common focus amongst the team.
Our focus is on breaking down the “big picture” by creating a number of small, dynamic, short-term projects all of which pass the SMART goal test (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-based) and which address those issues of highest visibility.
After passing the SMART test it’s important that these projects achieve the following:   
  • Get things done
  • Provide a strong focus
  • Give participants a sense of achievement
  • Deliver the highest benefit per dollar to the client
  • Bring out the best in people AND the best people
  • Promote the best use of ALL of a person's talents
