| Forty Two International is a young company that strives to make every day a rich experience for those who work here. Whilst there is, of course, a structure to what we do, the overriding culture is that nothing is sacred and no one is always right. |
- Each person is an expert in their field and needs to be allowed to exercise that expertise.
- The company strives to achieve corporate and client success but understands that the best way to achieve it is by providing the tools and environment to allow its people become more successful as individuals.
- We recognise the need to attract and foster the people who can assist us achieve the success we all desire, as well as the need to allow those people to share in the company's success.
- We recognise that people work best in an environment where they fully understand the company's goal and objectives, how those goals and objectives relate to them and what expectations the company has of them.
